Interact Leadership Forum report.
The Rotary Club of Belgaum South (RCBS) proudly participated in NETRUTVA-25, the District Interact Leadership Forum hosted by the Rotary Club of Hubli Central. Held on Sunday, 3rd August 2025, at the Biotech Auditorium, BVB CET Campus, the event was a vibrant celebration of youth leadership, service, and fellowship.
Designed for youth aged 12–18, the Interact movement empowers young leaders to serve their communities, develop leadership skills, and foster global understanding values that were deeply reflected throughout the forum.

Event Highlights
• Leadership & Teamwork Sessions:
Engaging talks by Rtn. Vasuki Sanji and Rtn. Gauri Shirgaokar on leadership, service, and collaboration.
• Cultural Showcase:
A spirited Folk Dance (Lok Nritya) competition featuring Interact Clubs from across the district.
• District-wide Networking:
Interactors connected with peers from across District 3170, exchanging ideas and forging friendships.
• Interactive Spirit:
The energy and enthusiasm of the participants truly reflected the Interact motto: “International + Action.”
Participation & Impact
RCBS ensured seamless logistics and enthusiastic involvement of students. The event’s success was beautifully captured in photographs that highlighted the joy, engagement, and leadership spirit of the young Interactors.

Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It’s about impact, influence, and inspiration.

NETRUTVA-25 embodied this ethos in every moment.
Rotary Club of Hubali Central has awarded Rotary Club of Belgaum South for the highest participation of Interactors in the district.
Interact Club of Birla International school who were participated in the Folk Dance competition won the First consolation prize.
